How it works
Send us a photo of a parking charge, council PCN or debt collector's letter. We tell you what it is and what you can do, and write back for you if you'd like.
What we look for
The steps
Send a photo
In about a minute you'll see what the letter is, who sent it and the date that matters.
Decide what to do
Appealing yourself is free, and we'll say when that's the better choice. Our price is fixed.
We write back
A case manager drafts your challenge. You sign it, we send it, and every reply lands in your case.
What it costs
£29 per letter.
For a private parking charge, a council PCN, or a debt collector's letter about one, until a court claim is issued. Includes the appeal if they say no. Nothing is added later. Speeding notices will be £119, coming soon.
Questions
Is it cheaper to appeal myself?
Yes. Appealing is free, and many people do it themselves. We write a challenge that checks the letter against the rules that apply to it, and we handle the replies. When appealing yourself is clearly the better option, our result page says so.
Can you promise I won't have to pay?
No. Nobody honest can. We tell you the result either way, and you keep everything we wrote for you.
What do you need from me?
A photo or PDF of the letter, your email address, and your postal address for letters we write in your name. You never need to post anything to us.
What if a court claim arrives while you're working on it?
Tell us on your case page. We stop work, because we don't handle court claims, and show you where to get free help. Your refund depends on how far the work had gone, as set out in the terms.
Can I cancel?
Yes, from your case page. Before we start work you get all your money back. After that, the refund depends on how far the work has gone. The terms set out each stage.
Are you a law firm?
No. We're a private company that writes challenges to parking and motoring notices. We don't give legal advice and we don't represent anyone in court or at a tribunal.
