The price shown is the total including VAT, and it is the only thing you pay us. You'll be taken to Stripe to pay it securely after this step; we never see your card details. If a case manager reads your letter and decides we should not take it on, you get the whole amount back.
The deadlines on these letters are usually shorter than 14 days, so we can only take your case on once you have asked us to start straight away. Ticking this box is what lets us begin, and you keep the cancellation rights explained below.
You can still cancel within 14 days of creating your account. Because you have asked us to start now, if you cancel part-way we keep a fair share of the fee for the work already done and refund the rest.
